Co.As.it is an approved provider of home care packages.  The Australian Government’s Home Care Package (HCP) program helps you access a package of care that’s in line with your needs. 

Support is available to people under 65 years of age who have a long term disability, chronic illness, mental health and other conditions that impact on their day to day functional capacity and their ability to participate in the community.

The NDIS provides support for people with a disability to achieve their goals in many aspects of their life.  It provides greater choice and control in helping with daily tasks, community participation and promoting independence

Social Support Activities help participants maintain an active social life through the participation in outings with friends or attendance at a social group activity centre (SGA).
