A registered nurse with over 20 years experience in the provision of clinical care and management of health system change initiatives, including roles in aged care and system improvement for people living with a disability.
Expertise in quality improvement within the clinical setting.

Employed by the organisation since 1987 and CEO since 1998 to June 2024.  Has contributed to the growth and success of the organisation by developing a sustainable infrastructure and setting up systems to deliver quality home care services.  Instrumental in setting up the “Italian Language Centre” a division of Co.As.It.
