If you are aged under 65 years and have a permanent and significant disability, you may be eligible for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) services. We provide an extensive range of supports, either through direct services or by partnering with other providers. By doing this, we can be a single point of contact for you.

We provide support, nursing, and allied health services (such as physiotherapy), and have several therapists that are part of the Co.As.It. team. This means we are more responsive and effective than other providers.

Whatever your situation we will be supportive, responsive, adaptive and innovative in your choice of lifestyle support. You will have direct access to your dedicated coordinator who will manage your support services.
